For MOST shows (see the venue website and/or your contract for specifics) Monday through Saturday, doors open at 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, the first act goes on at 8:30; the headliner at 9:15. Friday and Saturday, the first act goes on at 9; the headliner at 9:45. On Sundays, the doors open at 6 p.m., the opener at 7:30 and the headliner at 8:15.
For a show with 2 acts, load-in is 3 hours before doors.
For a show with 3 acts, load-in is 3.5 hours before doors.
Please let the production manager know if you can or plan to share equipment with the other acts on the bill.
The venue does not have in-house backline. Unless it is specifically agreed to on the face page of your contract, we do not arrange or provide for any of your backline needs.
Hospitality:The venue has a full in-house restaurant, and meals can be ordered from this menu. If you require foods that are not available on this menu, please contact the prodcution manager NLT 48 hours prior to load-in. Hospitality is provided from in-house beverage stock.
There are a total of 2 green rooms. They are equipped with showers, bathrooms, refrigerators, and seating. Unless there are extraordinary considerations, one room is reserved for the headliner; the other for the opening act or acts. Per state law, liquor bottles are not permitted in the green rooms. Absolutely no alcohol may be brought in from off-premises. We do not permit anyone under the age of 21 backstage at any time, unless they are accompanied by their parent.
Runner:There is no runner provided for in your contract. We are within walking distance of several restaurants, convenience and drug stores.
Guest List tickets and seating:Guest list is limited to 15 guests for the headliner, and 10 for the opening act. For most shows, we have a combination of standing room, balcony seating, and dining tables, which are reserved in advance. If your guests wish to eat and would like a table, you MUST contact the box office at (703) 237-0300 NLT 2 weeks prior to your show. We cannot guarantee requests received after that time. We will reserve seats in the front row of the balcony for any guests who wish to sit and who do not wish to dine.

We will try to advance with you 10 days before your show. It may be a shorter time than that. Sometimes, we need to wait to see how all the pieces will come together closer to show time! If you do not have any very hard-to meet needs, please take as much information from these pages, and trust that your show will get first class attention.
BUS PARKING
Tour buses with no trailer: Turn right onto Park Place from North Washington Street (you will need to be heading NE on N Washington as there is a median in the road). Turn into the 2nd driveway on your left and pull in parallel to the back of the building. Please see the picture below. **Advance all bus specifics with the production manager.
