At 97 years old, Mississippi blues icon - Pinetop Perkins, is still sharing his music with the world. Before going solo, Perkins was best known as Muddy Water’s piano man and has released 15 studio albums since 1992. At the 2000 Grammy’s, Pinetop was presented with a lifetime achievement award for his work and contribution to, not just the blues, but music as a whole.
