The State Theatre is a half seated / half standing room club. All tickets are first-come / first-served general admission. Seating is not guaranteed unless you reserve a table (see FAQ for info on this).
Tickets for all shows are available online (State Theatre tickets) and in person at the State Theatre box office. The cheapest way to buy tickets is in person. The box office is open from 12 Noon to 6 PM Monday through Saturday and also from 12 Noon untill 11:30 PM on show nights. (703) 237-0300.
Though most of our shows are restricted to patrons 18 years or older, age restrictions will always be listed on the individual event's details page. A valid ID is always required. If a show is 21 and up, you must be at least 21 year old to come in - no exceptions.
All tickets are not refundable, except if the show is cancelled.
Support acts are subject to change.
Tickets purchased online and over the phone will have service fees added on to them. Tickets purchased in person will have a $1 fee added to them.
