The War Within came to be when a classically trained singer from New York City met up with an established alternative rock group from Virginia. A combination when infused together created something nobody would ever expect. A musical project that has been through it all, only to keep coming back better then before. Each member brings their own complexity and creativity to songwriting. An approach though difficult at times, when done correctly morphs into a unique feeling for each song. With influences ranging from The Beatles, Extreme, Death Cab for Cutie to Harry Nilsson, Googoosh and Rage Against The Machine you know the musical cauldron is going to be brewing something special.
