Join the Twisted Knickers and guests for Speakeasy Burlesque! Celebrate all that was fantastic about the roaring 20s with a modern kick in the pants. The Knickers, Tapitha Kix, the tapdancing diva; Stella Sweet, burlesque’s good girl; and brassy and bold Beaujolais Noveau always liven up the stage with their hilarity. Joining the Knickers and returning to the State Theatre’s stage are Eyrie Twilight from Black Tassel Boolesque and Cherrie Sweetbottom. Also performing are Short Staxx from Sticky Buns Burlesque and sideshow girl from the Cheeky Monkey Sideshow, Mab Just Mab.  Adding to the fun are emcee Hot Todd Lincoln and stage kitten Blanca Chingaminga.

 

The show will feature everything from flappers and fan dances to tap dancing and sword swallowing, along with plenty of singing, dancing, some ukulele tunes and, of course, the always- popular opportunity to see girls take their clothes off. The Knickers don't want to leave anyone out of the fun so we encourage everyone to come in costume!
